DJ Bijou will take you down the rabbit hole and spit you out like an erupting volcano. His sets can be described as a walk down the yellow brick road, into the dark forest and out on a white sandy beach. Every set is a journey and he never plays the same set twice. True to his trance roots, he keeps his fundamentals simple, start slow and end fast with each song greater than the next.
His monstrous sets have landed him on stage with Pete Tong, Alvin Risk, Sharam , Destructo, Craze, Alex Metric & Chris Schweizer to name a few. Don't be surprised if you see his name on some of the biggest events in Arizona. This home grown DJ is determined to dominate the city he loves.
GERRY GONZA
Gerardo Arellano started his interest in music at an early age, learning to read, write, and play classical percussion at 10 and discovering dance music at 15. He began producing after his discovery and shortly after started deejaying. By 18, he was playing a 2,000 cap club in Mexico. At age 20, he joined up with longtime friend Tony Edit to form Thee Cool Cats. They went on to release on labels such as Toolroom, Get Physical, Enormous Tunes, CUFF, and many more. After 3 years and many great shows including Ministry of Sound London, Sankeys Ibiza, BPM Festival, and EDC Vegas, he decided it was time to move on to the next chapter, and start on a new project. Already gaining support from the likes of Malaa, AC slater, Shiba San, Low Steppa, and A-Trak, he's hitting the scene hard in 2016, bringing a mixture of driving basslines and melodic synths coming together to form an indistinguishable sound that’s always familiar and fresh at the same time.
Blending any and all influences he likes, he makes music without worries of genres or labels. Expect anything and everything from Gerry Gonza.
