Hosted Pancake Breakfast Celebrating Williams-Sonoma Founder and Grand Re-Opening at Sonoma Plaza

Williams-Sonoma will be reopening a retail location and cooking school in Sonoma on October 4th in the same location where the first store opened almost six decades ago. The timing also coincides with the 99th birthday of Chuck Williams, the company�s legendary founder. In honor of these momentous occasions, Williams-Sonoma will host a complimentary pancake breakfast for the local community at Sonoma Plaza on Saturday, October 4, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. before the store officially opens to the public at 9:00 a.m.
The festivities continue throughout the month with a �Birthday Wishes� social media campaign. From now until midnight on October 31 fans are encouraged to post photos or videos to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram wishing Chuck a happy birthday.
All entries should be tagged with #ChuckWilliamsDay and @williamssonoma on Instagram and Twitter and @williams-sonoma on Facebook. One participant will be chosen based on creativity, originality and quality of entry to win a selection of �Chuck�s Finds,� valued at approximately $1,500 including cookware and other products that he discovered and popularized.
