Horizons Unlimited of San Francisco, Inc. ("Horizons Unlimited" or "Horizons") is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1970 with a mission to strengthen and transform the lives of Latinx youth and families of color in San Francisco. Horizons Unlimited is a major access point in the Mission District for native, immigrant Latino youth and families offering culturally rooted services, such as substance abuse prevention and treatment, mental health, workforce development and gender specific programs. Its facility serves a variety of programming and community needs, including large gathering spaces, confidential program and separate counseling spaces, multi-media studios, computer labs, dedicated tutoring/academic support loft and a kitchen. Horizons Unlimited has served over 265,000 youth and families in San Francisco since its founding.
