Hoot and Howl 2014

This is a fundraising benefit unlike any other. A secret back entrance to Happy Hollow through Danny’s cave, 3 signature cocktails, private access to the park playgrounds after hours, 7 foodie stations by PSRT, up-close animal encounters, complimentary photo booth by SJ Photobomb, dancing, bathtub races, Happy Hollow “Lounge”, and a sake bar at the top of the Redwood Lookout. The Pacific Fruit Express rollercoaster will be open. All your favorites from last year, plus some new surprises. Leave the kids at home, and party with the animals after dark.

The Hoot & Howl supports all areas of park & zoo growth. Some of the accomplishments made possible through Happy Hollow Foundation support include bringing back the Crooked House, launching the Summer Animal Show, exhibit renovations, providing scholarship to Title 1 schools, and Species Survival support, highlighting “Get Sophia a Boyfriend!”. We will be adding a new attraction to the amusement collection in 2015!

Get your party posse gathered and be a Safari Captain! Your group of eight will have a great night out at this much-talked about Silicon Valley event, and will enjoy the satisfaction of supporting animals, conservation, education and a favorite San Jose institution. Safari Captains will be listed by name on event signage, and will receive a pith helmet at the Hoot & Howl to let everyone know of your VIP status.
