Heart Space.
Mindfulness, expressive arts, and movement for grief, a weekly drop-in group.
Thursdays from 12-1:30pm
When we are grieving people often tell us to “take care of ourselves.” But what does that really mean? How do we practice self-care when we are overwhelmed with emotional pain, paperwork, or the business of our lives? Often we don’t know where to begin. That’s why we created Heart Space.
Heart Space is a weekly opportunity for you to “drop-in,” reflect, and connect with yourself and others as you move through your grief. We utilize mindfulness meditation, gentle movement, and intuitive art processes to create an experience that is both nurturing and meaningful. Wherever you are in your grief and however you are feeling, we carve out a time that is truly for you. All emotions are welcome. All grievers are welcome.
Participants may join at any time; an initial intake is required for all new members.
