Heaps N Heaps, Little Brother Rye, The Nest, and Lucy Arnell at the Hotel Utah

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Heaps n Heaps are an alternative rock band based out of Los Angeles, California. They have drawn comparisons to The Kills, Cold War Kids, Fleetwood Mac, Alabama Shakes and Spoon among others. They have also named inspirations that range from the Rolling Stones to Radiohead from the Strokes to Bob Dylan, from Etta James to Bon Iver but as much as they respect and love the artists who have come before them, Heaps n Heaps float in a spectrum of harmonizing originality and soul.

Little Brother Rye is a group of talented musicians from the American Southwest blends the sweet soul of country with the uptempo twang that's known to keep people dancing long past bedtime. The group boasts a trio of buddies from Salt Lake City -- Liam McNally on the slide guitar, Eric Glauser on the mandolin, and lead singer and guitar maestro Charlie Brennan -- and two lovely ladies from Arizona. Giselle Lee plays the meanest fiddle in the west and Hannah Sabet keeps the entire operation on time with her skills on the cello.

The Nest is a San Francisco folk rock band. This group of talented and diverse musicians have roots ranging from folk and jazz to underground indie rock. With quiet guitar ballads, foot-stomping rock songs, and everything between, their tight harmonies and complex changes add an unmistakably old-school approach to modern rock music.

Lucy Arnell always had a passion for music and a love for the old time beats and hippies. She remembers her mother blasting CSNY and Doors records in their old Toyota, frequently substituting a microphone for a glass coke bottle. She is an old soul who likes to honor the heritage and soul of music. Let her improvisational blues style tighten your roots in the earth. She hopes to give back to her fans the same love her favorite music gave to her.
