Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center (TEL HI) is partnering with The Dough Bar to promote Healthy Behaviors for children in K through 8th grade and help raise money for TEL HI's TILT campaign. The event features CrossFit sensation and Olympic weightlifter Rita Benavidez, Waylon Huynh, an all-natural bodybuilding competitor and fitness and nutritional guru and Stella Roberts, a Bay Area Native and professional women’s bodybuilder. Join us as they lead the children through educational workshops and CrossFit workout demos, ending with free, protein-packed Dough Bar doughnuts!
