Headlands Brewing 4-course Dinner at The Market

Chef Ken Turner will be offering a four course dinner paired with beers from Headlands Brewery.
Menu selections will include the following:
Jackson Family Farms tomato, Front Porch cucumber, flowers, blossoms, seaweed salt

Stemple Creek Ranch lamb shoulder braised with tomatillo, roasted poblano peppers, garlic, and anise seed; Front Porch Farm fresh cranberry beans, Dierke Farms charred sweet corn, purslane, radish

Franklin’s Teleme cheese with County Line Harvest treviso, shaved fennel, nigella seeds, apple cider

Devoto Gardens Pink Lady apple granita with Filigreen Farm Zante grapes, spruce tip whipped cream, caramelized honey

Beer offerings will include:
Pt. Bonita Pilsner
Groupe G Rye PA
Bavarian Heffeweizen

*Most dishes will be served Family-Style, therefore latecomers are welcome to enjoy the course that is being served at that time, but cannot request courses served before their arrival. We can offer vegetarian options with 24 hours advance notice. We cannot allow substitutions, but are able to omit ingredients based on allergies.
