Description

Micaëla Gallery announces the opening of an exhibition featuring the newest work by glass sculptors David Patchen, Julie Lazarus, and David Ruth. Julie Lazarus and David Patchen are artists whose work is founded on intimate relationships with Italian glassmaking. David Ruth's work began in the French tradition of dal-de-verre and continues his ongoing study of color and light. The joint exhibition illustrates how accomplished artists with classical influences explore dramatically different ends of one spectrum while employing glass as a unifying sculptural medium.
