Tenth Anniversary Season

Enjoy an evening of rare and exciting films about big band and swing, popular in the 1930s and early 1940s. See well-known big band artists like Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw, Count Basie, Duke Ellington and Cab Calloway, as well as lesser-known musicians like Al Cooper and the Savoy Sultans, Lucky Millinder, Bob Chester and Ted Fio Rito. A special segment focuses on the female bands of the period.
