In 2024, the Golden Gate Business Association (GGBA) is marking a milestone that's as impressive as the Golden Gate Bridge itself - we're commemorating our 50th Anniversary at Power Connect 2024! That's half a century of being the loud and proud voice of the LGBTQ+ business community in the San Francisco Bay Area, half a century of blazing trails and breaking barriers.
This year's gala will be honored with a special guest, Carson Kressley of Queer Eye & Drag Race fame! So come join us as we kick off this festive occasion. Let's celebrate 50 years of resilience, 50 years of strength, 50 years of unity, and 50 years of unwavering pride in who we are. Together, let's toast to the Golden Gate Business Association's past, present, and the glorious journey that lies ahead.
Attire is dressed fabulously (think cocktail meets sequins).
All ticketed attendees will have the opportunity to visit sponsored booths, a buffet-style dinner, an open bar, plenty of entertainment, amazing photo opportunities on the famous Rotunda stairs, and a highly commemorative swagbag.
The VIP Tickets will include an exclusive VIP-only area where guests can have an opportunity to meet and greet with Carson himself and an exclusive VIP-only swagbag.
This event will also serve as our FUNdraiser, which is the perfect time to introduce GGBA Gives Back, our new 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to fostering economic equality and advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community.
