Join Gaspar Brasserie on Saturday May 9 for a spectacular Parisian feast to celebrate Gaspar’s one-year anniversary. The extravaganza will start with passed champagne, followed by a seven-course traditional French dinner menu created by Executive Chef Chris Jones featuring ingredients including truffles, foie gras and spring lamb. The dinner is $95 per person (plus tax and gratuity) and wine pairings are available for an additional $55. There is one seating at 6:30 p.m. and you can purchase tickets to the dinner here.
