The track’s accompanying one-shot music video, directed by Bobby Bruderle, follows G-Eazy as he reflects back on his budding career thus far while pondering where he has to go. The clip nods to classic magazine covers, with tongue-in-cheek references to Rolling Stone, GQ, High Times, Hypebeast and more. Each cover, of course, comes with a slight G-approved twist. In addition to the release of new music, G-Eazy is pleased to announce his upcoming headline “These Things Happen” North American Tour. The 36 date tour will kick off on February 21, 2014 in Dallas, TX and continue across the U.S. and Canada touching base in New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Montreal with additional dates to be announced. “Almost Famous” follows the first official offering off of These Things Happen, the Bay Area anthem “Far Alone” featuring Jay Ant, which premiered with XXL Magazine.
