The Dukes of Manouche are a Bay Area California based gypsy jazz band with a varied repertoire consisting of songs written in the 1920-40s as well as a few more current tunes penned by the likes of Tom Waits and Lennon/McCarthy. Their manouche or gypsy jazz is highly influenced by the music of the Hot Club of France and the two founding members, Django Reinhardt and Stephane Grapelly.
