"BATTLESTAR CLASSIC II" A FUNdraiser benefiting the USS Hornet Museum, Exhibits, and programs. Join us on the Beer Deck (Flight Deck) as our more than 20 different Beer Bombers (Breweries) pour you "Draught From Above". Take in the sunshine and enjoy the views from the bay while sipping on an ice cold brew. Order up some fresh bites from our food court, while listening to some good music. Watch or participate as 64 teams battle it out to become Top Gun and take home the 'BATTLESTAR CLASSIC CHAMPIONSHIP GROWLERS" (Advanced and Amateur Brackets Available). This is the only event of its kind in the United States. A Beer Fest / Cornhole Tourney aboard a highly decorated and battlestested US Navy Ship. Join us aboard for pretty much the best tailgate party ever (In the Navy we call these events Swim Calls). Explore the mighty USS Hornet Aircraft Carrier and learn about her amazing contributions to our American history. We can't wait to see you, raise a pint, and make unforgetable memories with you at "BATTLESTAR CLASSIC".
