Freddie Rainbow Presents: Gender Night
Freddie Rainbow presents "Gender Night," an encore presentation of fantastic comedy from California's finest comedians.
A night to celebrate women in comedy and to prove to chauvinistic men that women have nothing to prove.
Stand up comedy is still a male-dominated medium, which is why Freddie Rainbow, an ardent supporter of gender equality throughout his 60 year career in comedy, decided that he would designate an evening of comedy that is arguably sexist on a small scale in order to create gender equality on a large scale.
Host of the show and silent co-producer Ray Molina is known for his outlandish historical celebrity impressions, high energy political satire and fart jokes.
Don't expect to hear jokes about shopping or boyfriends the whole time. Of course, some of the comediennes enjoying shopping and have boyfriends so it might come up.
The only reason to miss this show is if you hate women. Please don't hate women.
All shows are 18 & over with valid photo ID. There is a two drink minimum per person. Cameras and video/audio recording devices are not permitted. All non-headliner shows' lineups are subject to change.
