San Francisco’s Mid-Market Forgery bar will welcome special guest bartender, Jesse Estes, Partner and Co-Founder of Tequila Ocho on Wednesday, June 15th who will be slinging a special selection of cocktails from 8-10 p.m.!!!
During the two hour session, Forgery will feature four Tequila Ocho-based cocktails with Jesse personally handcrafting the cocktails:
-Mexican ’55 with Ocho Reposado, Yellow Chartreuse, Honey Water, Pimento Dram and Lime Juice
-Lost Steps with Ocho Plata, Sweet Cardamom Tea Cordial and Chartreuse Elixir

-Mestizo Cocktail with Ocho Añejo, Carpano Antica Formula, Benedictine and Picon Amer
-Nueva Paloma with Ocho Plata, Lime Juice, Pink Grapefruit Juice, Agave and Soda
And, true to San Francisco style, Tequila Ocho will also be featuring the classic Tommy’s Margarita! To tame the tequila, Forgery is offering a limited quantity and very special Iberico de Bellota Jamon made from the rare black hoof pig and sourced straight from Spain!
