Learn about the career-training options Foothill College offers you in its veterinary assisting and veterinary technology programs by attending a free information night Wednesday, March 25, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Room 8507. Admission is free; parking is $3.
When you attend information night, you’ll receive an overview of both programs. Faculty will also be available to answer questions about program requirements, prerequisites, accreditation, and the application and selective admission processes. In addition to touring on-campus veterinary technology facilities, you’ll be able to talk to students who are currently enrolled in the program.
Foothill’s two-year veterinary technology program is accredited by the American Veterinary Medicine Association and results in an associate in science degree. The four courses that make up the veterinary assisting program can be completed during Foothill’s annual Summer Session.
Parking Lots 1 and 8 provide the best access to Room 8507. Purchase permit for $3 at dispensers in any student lot. Dispensers accept one-dollar bills and quarters; bring exact change. For more information, call (650) 949-7538 or e-mail
