EatDrinkFilms.com and FoodDay.org present a day of food-themed movies in San Francisco as part of the national FoodDay on Saturday, October 24.

Four feature length movies — three San Francisco Premieres and a food classic– will screen at the Roxie Theatre. The day will start with a free program of short films at the Exploratorium.

Each feature at the Roxie will be preceded by tastings from local food and/or beverage producers and a short film.

Schedule
1:30pm – Babette’s Feast (104 min. plus short and introduction) Roxie

4:00pm – In Defense of Food (107 min. plus short, introduction and Q&A) Roxie

7:00pm – El Somni (The Dream) (82 min. plus short) Roxie

9:15pm – The Ways of Wine (90 min. plus short) Roxie
