In 2016 Flava D is at the meeting point of House, UK Garage and Grime with salutations for her versatile productions coming from veterans like DJ EZ and frequent collaborator Wiley.
As a core member of the Butterz record label she has toured extensively internationally across the UK, Europe, Australia and Asia winning over ravers with her energetic club sets.
She is a prolific producer and remixer and in the last 12 months her remixes for Craig David and Diplo have amassed hundreds of thousands of plays. Her part as 1/3 of Garage super group 't q d' alongside Royal-T & DJ Q have seen even more productions hit the airwaves.
In January she joined Kiss Fresh for a weekly show on Thursday nights from 11pm playing an upfront mix of House, Bass and UK Garage.
Expect to see and hear Flava D in basement clubs, on the radio right up to main stage of festivals this year, she is taking over!

With a discography stretching back almost a decade, and a dubs folder rumoured to be in the high three figures, it's hard to fathom just how big Edward Berry's lasting mark on the UK dance music scene is and will be in the future.
"Edward started his musical career as a drum & bass producer, gaining recognition with a number of singles on DnB godfather's Andy C labels 'Ram', 'Frequency' and 'High Lite Recordings'. It was in 2008, however, that Edward found his true calling as a producer.
"Edward rebranded to 'Seven' and joined London's young but vibrant dubstep community, after making the move to 140bpm. He soon caught the eyes and ears of the dubstep faithful, releasing his debut 'Sirens' on the legendary Tempa Allstars 5 compilation. I first met him in late 2009 - and have since watched the producer and DJ grow in stature within both the London and global dubstep communities.
"Seven's release catalogue has grown significantly since his Tempa debut, having had tunes signed to N-Type's imprint Wheel & Deal as well as Subway, Aquatic Lab and more. 2012 saw Seven's first LP on the highly regarded Black Box Records; a 12 track/ 70m behemoth that garnered significant support within the dubstep community and many quality reviews.
"But I feel it's 2013 where Seven has truly make his mark on dubstep. Having recently (november 2012) founded his own label, Uprise Audio, this year saw Seven mark his inaugural release on the imprint with the impeccable UA003. 'Walter White', is in my opinion, one of the best tracks we've had from this London producer. Seven has always been known for both his quality productions and forward-thinking music, but UA003 is arguably the best addition to his back catalogue yet.
"With UA003, not to mention his other releases forthcoming on the label, Seven has cemented his position as one of this year's exciting prospects. A talent to watch."

Soundpieces is famed for showcasing diverse high-end bass music and rare international acts, many for their very first time in the Bay Area such as Hudson Mohawke, Mount Kimbie, Rustie, Shlohmo, Skream, Caspa, and Joker to name a few. Currently we host the only San Francisco bass music "weekly" using the Void - presumably the best sound system in the city, for over 4 years at Monarch in San Francisco. This May we are launching a weekly Thursday series of Soundpieces in Los Angeles at Union night club! Join us to discover the newest of musical formulas, hosted in the most ideal and sophisticated atmospheres we can find.

We are honored to be able to showcase Soundpieces on Monarch's custom horn-loaded Void Acoustics Sound System, the only one of its kind on the West Coast!!! When you descend to the club's dance floor you are immersed in a world of complete euphony generated by the venue's four protruding tuba-like enclosures. Without a dead spot in the room, it's easily the best place in the city to hear the biggest sound.
