Cafe Stritch will host a Latte Art Throw-Down. This single elimination head-to-head barista battle will test these cafe artists as they create beautiful images for coffee drinks.
There will be 32 participants with a $5 buy-in, but the public is free to watch. Three judges will judge the following categories:color contrast, harmony, size, position of design in the cup, creativity of design,level of difficulty achieved in design, visual micro-foam quality and overall aesthetics.
