FIGMENT Oakland is an free outdoor interactive art festival taking place in Mosswood Park, Oakland (by MacArthur Bart). We'll have art installations on the lawn, music performances in the outdoor amphitheater, interactive games, craft workshops and much more!
FIGMENT is a free participatory arts event held in multiple cities and drawing tens of thousands of participants each year. This is an all ages event bringing together the community and inspiring all ages in the creation and celebration of art and culture where everything is possible.
FIGMENT seeks to broaden the definition of art, breakdown the wall between spectator and artist and encourage everyone to participate. At each event, the community is invited to play with art that temporarily transforms public spaces into wildly creative places that disappear without a trace.
