Every year Chef Louis Maldonado hosts a decadent seven course seafood dinner in the style of the Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes at spoonbar restaurant in downtown Healdsburg. From abalone to grab, gulf snapper and sea urchin, Chef Maldonado and his culinary team have created some beautiful dishes for this year’s event. Menu highlights include Big Fin Squid with Vietnamese broth, herbs and chili oil, Sautéed Abalone withblack truffle, lettuce, vermouth and supreme sauce and Frozen Yuzu for dessert.
