The Osher Marin JCC is proud to present an exercise program for people with Parkinson's. This class consists of aerobic and learning-based exercises that challenge your heart and lungs. Other benefits include improved biomechanics, posture, gait and trunk rotation while alleviating stiffness.
About Jocelyn Freid
Jocelyn has been in the business of helping people achieve their physical fitness goals since 1985 and has been at the Marin JCC since 2001. She earned her Master's as a Health Educator and Exercise Physiologist and is Parkinson's Delay the Disease certified. In addition, she is a therapists in the JCC's Hydrotherapy Program, teaches Aqua Aerobics, and also personal training.
