This amazing Chef's Table event in San Francisco will be prepared and served by Chef Dustin Stewart at Dusty Buns Bistro. It's a casual, communal table dining experience that features a series of local, seasonal plates not available on the Dusty Buns' standard menu. The 4-course menu, paired with chef-selected wines for each course, will be decided the day of at the farmer's market based on the best local and fresh ingredients available. Chef Dustin will make sure to consider all food restrictions. Dusty Buns has been listed as one of the top 101 food trucks in the nation! Also came in top 10 in the nation in a Food Network online competition, was awarded by Gavin Newsom and our assembly man Henry Perea for best new business idea. Most recently the great San Francisco Mac n Cheese Competition. We served our Duck a la Mac- local Mary's duck confit, aged white cheddar bechamel, community grains pasta.
