Emeryville Taiko presents a workshop for kids by kids at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center! In this hands-on taiko demonstration, children of all ages are invited to play on the big taiko drums! Emeryville Taiko's Kids' Class will first perform some of their favorite songs to inspire their peers, and then will teach your kids how to play a song themselves! Bring your family for a fun and memorable afternoon filled with the heart-pounding beat of drums!
Parents are also encouraged to join in the fun! Taiko is an engaging activity accessible to all ages! We'll provide all the drums, you'll just need to bring the energy!
