Since June 12, in actions denounced by human rights groups worldwide, Israel has been engaged in a practice of collective punishment against the Palestinian people. Eleven Palestinians have died, thousands of homes have been raided, more than 600 Palestinians have been detained, and over 100 airstrikes have pummeled Gaza.
