DuChamp
DuChamp is an Italian scientist, musician and curator based in Berlin, religiously devoted to drone. Drone is related to a precise childhood memory: the sound of the hair dryer, that her mother used to fix her hair. That was the sound of care, bliss, and infinite love. She made her debut as solo on Aug 22 2010, and performed several time in Berlin, in Bologna and Bergamo (IT), Istanbul (TR) and recently toured Poland with Ensemble Economique.
DuChamp uses different instruments (bass guitar, baritone guitar, keyboard, accordion) to find the closer one to the hair dryer she have in her memory. Her first record “Nar” is released on Boring Machines on April 8th, it has been composed and recorded through reharsal space changing, ideas deleted, fatwas from former lovers during year 2012 in Berlin.

JOMF
Jackie-O Motherfucker (or JOMF) is an American experimental rock group that formed in Portland, Oregon in 1994.
Jackie-O Motherfucker began as a duo consisting of multi-instrumentalist Tom Greenwood and Jef Brown. The group now has more than twenty rotating members drawn from the U.S. experimental scene, including members of Evolutionary Jass Band,Gang Gang Dance, Set Fire to Flames, Heavy Winged, and Portland artists Nudge, Eternal Tapestry, Inca Ore, Dragging an Ox Through Water, Valet, and White Rainbow.
JOMF’s music draws from a variety of subgenres including drone, free jazz, space-rock and is heavily improvisational in its nature. Because they are a collective, rather than a consistent band or group, the sound of their music can change from performance to performance.
