| Description Queen Harish, the Dancing, Whirling Desert Drag Queen from Rajathan, India - Featured in the film 'When the Road Bends' -aka- 'Gypsy Caravan' is touring the US in July 2008. Following performances and workshops in NYC and a show at the Getty Museum in LA with Cheb i Sabbah, she joins us in San Francisco for workshops on June 26 and 27 and a performance at Lounge Sessions
with DJ Amar & Giamma at SF's new hot spot Bollyhood Cafe. Joining QUEEN HARISH on Wednesday at Bollyhood is COLLEENA SHAKTI. DJ AMAR & GIAMMA will open the dencefloor with their global gypsy beats featuring the sounds of bollywood, bhangra mashups, gypsy music from rajasthan to the balkans to andalucia and beyond.
