Elbo Room was established in 1991 as a full bar and place of entertainment. Now as they set themselves up for a variety of options - hopefully this is not a preview of their eventual departure from the Mission District - the owners have opened a new location at Jack London Square.   Elbo Room Jack London will continue to operate as a year-round place of entertainment featuring a variety of Jazz, Funk, Soul, Afro Cuban and Hip Hop.
