Description

Theatre Flamenco lights up Fort Mason's Cowell Theater with an exquisite new production entitled “El Camino Perfecto”. Conceived and choreographed by Carola Zertuche, "El Camino Perfecto" shatters the flamenco art form into a series of dances and songs that simply ask 'what is the perfect road to happiness in one's life? How do we respond with our paths are carved and shaped by external forces?'

Internationally acclaimed guest artists - choreographer/dancer Juan Siddi, cantors Jose Anillo and Felix de Lola (from Spain), and guitarist Calvin Hazen (from New Mexico)- join the first-rate cast of dancers, singers, and musicians in this profound and beautiful production.

"El Camino Perfecto" combines extraordinary footwork and invigorating music into a deeply moving theatrical experience.

On Saturday, Nov. 15, Theater Flamenco hosts a post-show Gala at which audiences are invited to enjoy good food and drink while mingling with the artists.
