Eight Tables provides a modern creative approach to traditional Chinese cuisine. We promote using local, natural, and seasonal produce as a basis for new dishes. Offering new ingredients in combination with traditional Chinese foods prepared in new ways. Chef Floyd Nunn puts an emphasis on purity, simplicity, and freshness as well as increased use of California Coastal ingredients.
