On Easter Sunday, April 20, Left Bank Brasserie on Santana Row in San Jose will be serving select brunch items (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM), plus a limited regular lunch menu (until 4:00 p.m.), plus their regular dinner menu (4:00 to 10:00 p.m.). All offerings are a la carte and prices do not include tax or gratuity. The select brunch additions will be toasted English muffin with spinach, smoked salmon, crème fraîche hollandaise, chives and caviar ($15.50); Cointreau French toast with orange cream, maple syrup and bacon ($13.00); Dungeness crab and asparagus quiche with organic mixed greens and a passion fruit and golden balsamic vinaigrette ($14.75); buckwheat crêpes filled with Parisian ham, spinach and goat cheese, topped with a sunny-side-up egg ($13.50); grilled country levain bread with goat cheese, tomatoes, arugula, bacon, sunny-side-up egg and hollandaise sauce ($12.50); duck confit sweet potato hash with two poached eggs and vanilla orange emulsion ($15.00); and a fresh fruit and granola parfait with vanilla yogurt ($9.75).
