On Easter Sunday, April 20, LB Steak in San Jose will be open for brunch/lunch (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and dinner (4:00 to 9:00 PM) serving special addition a la carte items and limited selections from the regular a la carte menus. Prices do not include tax or gratuity.
The brunch/lunch menu additions will include Butterscotch Sticky Bun with pecan praline and spiced crème fraîche ($9.00); Brioche Bread Pudding French Toast with strawberry rhubarb compote and vanilla Chantilly ($12.00); and Dungeness Crab and Asparagus Quiche with sun dried tomato and roasted garlic pesto ($18.00). Menu additions available all day will be Pan Seared Branzino with du Puy lentil salad, harissa vinaigrette, pickled ramps and Ecopia Farms tiny lettuces ($34.00); Superior Farms Leg of Lamb with warm fava beans, preserved lemons, mint pesto, goat cheese and eggplant crisp ($38.00); and Sea Salt and Herb Roasted Prime Rib with green garlic and savory new potatoes, Zuckerberg Farm asparagus and horseradish crème fraîche ($36.00).
