Alexander Hult is a chef who has grown from his Swedish roots into delicious and wholesome places. For Easter, Hult offers three courses. Diners can choose to begin with organic granola parfait, caprese salad or swedish pancakes. Next, Hult will prepare eggs benedict or florentine, chicken and waffles, and duck confit hash.
