I help clients who are going through stressful life transitions, who want to decrease loneliness, reduce depression, improve self-confidence and/or have better relationships. I tend to adapt my style to client needs. Sometimes individuals are looking for a caring listener and space to explore their issues and other times they want a therapist who will be more directive and help them identify goals and offer advice. I receive great satisfaction working with clients, helping to relieve their suffering, and witnessing amazing personal transformations.
I enjoy working with both individuals and couples. Depending on the needs of the client, I am available for either short or long-term therapy.
