Attend Palo Alto's first Community Forum: Domestic Violence-It Couldn't Happen Here, Could It?

Come hear a panel of experts, moderated by Mayor Karen Holman, discuss domestic violence in Palo Alto and the Peninsula of Santa Clara County. Ask questions, learn about resources, and find out what we can do to end domestic violence in our community.

The 7-member panel will discuss the psychological, legal, cultural and economic challenges facing domestic violence victims in Palo Alto, and answer attendees' questions. Ten advocacy agencies will be at the event.

Santa Clara County Supervisor Cindy Chavez, head of the Intimate Partner Violence Taskforce, will give a keynote address.
