In this two-hour hands-on class, learn about fermentation and how to make beer. Using simple and inexpensive equipment, we will start a batch of beer, bottle another batch of beer and sample yet another batch. In fact the only step in the process we won't do is wait for the beer to ferment!

Everyone in the class will leave with three half pints that they've assembled, along with the knowledge to create their own custom infusions. Students must be 21 and older.
