Richmond
Whether walking down cozy Clement Street or driving up busy Geary Blvd., if you take a close look around you'll see that this area has a lot to offer just about anyone. With literally dozens of great Asian restaurants on Clement or Geary and a vast array of specialty stores, the Richmond is the perfect place for city dwellers to shop, eat and relax.

Another great characteristic of the Richmond is the walking excursions this district offers: Land's End, near the Legion of Honor, the north part of Golden Gate Park, and the walking areas on the back side of the Presidio, near the Presidio Golf Course. The Land's End trails offer many incredible views of the Golden Gate and across the mouth of the bay toward Kirby Cove. Below Land's End to the northeast is a great stretch of beach from China Beach to Baker Beach (sometimes nude) with glimpses of the Golden Gate Bridge and a sandy beach. On a clear day you can see the Farallones.
