Delight & Inspire: NAWBO-SV Annual Holiday Luncheon

Come enjoy the sounds of the Peninsula String Quartet during our festive holiday luncheon. Alan E. Nelson will also share with us his inspiring message of how to help and encourage young women leaders.
Though 39% of Fortune 1000 employees are women, only 3% are CEO's, and only 16% are company executives. Similarly, 50% of US citizens are female, but less than 20% are members of Congress and we've yet to see a woman in office in the White House. Alan hopes to change those statistics by helping young women tap in to their unique gender strengths and thrive as leaders in organizations and in society.
Alan will show how to encourage future women leaders as well as identify steps that you can take to inspire your own leadership qualities.
Buffet lunch will be served.
