You’ll make Romesco sauce from scratch and understand how it goes with absolutely everything! Then we’ll fire up our paella in the traditional steel pan. You’ll finish off this journey to Spain by creating a rich, thick chocolate sauce to dip your homemade churros! Bring a bottle of Spanish wine to share with the rest of the group.
