Join Founder of Parties That Cook, Bibby Gignilliat as she takes you on a tour of Italy. In this class you will learn how to make pasta from scratch, cook chicken under a brick, preserve lemons, make pizza on the grill, and make ice cream from scratch.
After an introductory overview outlining techniques featured in the class, the group will be divided into teams and each team will prepare 2 dishes from the evening’s menu. A family-style buffet will be presented where the group relax and enjoy the fruits of their labor. Tips for entertaining will be presented while dining. The group will get copies of the recipes to recreate the menu at home. Participants are encouraged to bring a bottle of wine to share with the group.
