Dare to Prepare Chanukah: Creative Writing Workshop + Open Mic

Now, more than ever, we need spaces to explore the depths of darkness and the height of light. Come spiritually prepare and creatively set intentions for Chanukah, in the vibrant and inspiriting ART HOUSE GALLERY & CULTURAL CENTER in Berkeley, CA.
In this special gathering, we'll celebrate the miracle of light that is born out of darkness through creative writing, song, community and donuts. To seal the night, we'll shift the space into an open mic for folks to share their "darkness and light" - themed songs, poetry, spoken word, etc. Perhaps you'll feel called to share the writing you create during the experience.
And, of course, we'll have donuts!
Tickets are $5 in advance, $10 at the door
