WHAT IS IT?
A fun-filled, hands-on cooking class under the guidance of Award-winning Chef Azalina! Come alone or bring a date, colleagues, friends & family; the more the merrier! Get up close and personal with your food!
Chef Azalina will show you how to prepare dishes using different techniques & flavors that bring out the best in her locally sourced fresh ingredients! Recreate cuisines from exotic South East Asian countries and make refreshing appetizers, flavorful entrees and decadent desserts! We provide the venue, ingredients, utensils, equipment, beverages and wine! Just show up with your great sense of humor and an open mind!
Enjoy your lip-smacking self-prepared dishes on site after each class and make new friends with other participants!

Fridays; 17 & 24 Apr and 1 & 8 May 2015
6:30 - 9:00 PM (Cooking lesson + Dinner + Social hour)
Limited space for each class to ensure high quality interactions between particpants and Chef Azalina. These 4 classes will be the start of her cooking class series and each class will consist of several different dishes. Register for all 4 classes to enjoy a discount!
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Everyone! Especially if you consider yourself a Foodie! Even if you've never boiled an egg in your life, you can come! Chef Azalina will also teach basic knife skills and safety tips to keep everyone safe in the kitchen.

At Chef Azalina’s newly built commercial kitchen in the Bayview neighborhood of San Francisco.
