About the Business:
Crunch Catering is a fresh, new company that was born out of a love for food and celebration. Located in San Jose, Crunch provides Catering Services, Cooking Classes and Team Building events and more in the Silicon Valley and the SF Bay Area. From casual get-togethers to formal fine-dining, Crunch tailors our services to the individual needs of our clients. Looking for an intimate Chef's Table dinner in the comfort of your own home or a full-service banquet at the location of your choice, no event is too big or too small. We take great pride in making every event a memorable success.

About the Owner:
Protégé of Chef Emile Mooser of Emile’s Restaurant, David Nelson was the last apprentice of the local celebrity chef who recently retired in 2007.  Under Emile’s guidance, David has participated in numerous culinary events, local televised food show appearances, and celebrity dinners.

Community Dedicated:
Crunch Catering is a proud supporter of San Jose’s local non-profit groups, providing catering services for fundraisers and community events throughout the year.  Some of these groups include: Children’s Discovery Museum, San Jose, History San Jose, San Jose Museum of Quilts and Textiles, Santa Clara County Foster and Adoptive Services, Neil A. Christie Living Center, and Las Madres.
