The 2nd annual Contra Costa Discovery Day is a FREE hands-on showcase of science, technology, and engineering from businesses, museums, and universities throughout Contra Costa County. Enjoy more than 20 hands-on exhibits and experiments for kids aged 5-14 and special career mentorship activities for high school students on Sat., Oct. 29, 10AM-2PM, at Cal State University East Bay-Concord. Explore the science, technology, engineering and math fields, discover new interests, and create lasting memories. The Contra Costa Discovery Day is organized by Assemblywoman Susan Bonilla's office, Bay Area Science Festival, CSU East Bay - Concord, and CSU East Bay's Institute for STEM Education.
