Description
Caffeinated Comics Company is pleased to present, Comics Covered, an exhibition of comic book covers re-produced by artists from around the country.

Comic books and the creative teams behind them, have influenced artists for years, and in this show, artists take iconic comic covers and re-create them in new and different styles. Whether it's taking a 1960's pop art cover and turning it into a realistic rendering of the scene or merely inserting Stephen Hawking into a cover via photoshop, artists have been given free range to produce any thing they want as long as it fits into a comic bag.

Opening reception is Thursday, July 2nd 2009, starting at 6PM. Stop by the store, browse the dozens of pieces produced especially for this show, the large stock of comics on hand or grab a cup of coffee.
