Comedy at The Supperclub is back in August! Where else can you relax, lie in a full size bed, eat a delicious four--‐star meal and be entertained with comedy, music and burlesque. There is no other show like this one and you can’t miss it! We bring national comics to the stage mixed with amazing local performers who dazzle and delight. So come kick off your shoes and join us for an amazing night on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at the Supperclub in San Francisco’s SOMA District. Doors open at 7pm and the show starts at 8pm.

Headliner: Ali Mafi
Ali “Fame” Mafi may be the world’s only gay Iranian comic and he’s certainly the funniest. Ali has had two television specials on the Logo Network, went on two nationwide tours and has performed all around the world with Atlantis Events. The Bay Area Reporter recently touted him a “True Revelation!” Ali is taking a quick break from his current tour with Aisha Tyler from “The Talk” on CBS to make a special appearance at The Supperclub.
Meredith Axelrod is a singer of early jazz and pre-1930s American pop music. As a guitarist, her playing explodes with energy and vintage rhythms. She has performed with Dan Hicks, Maria Muldaur, Jim Kweskin, Jeff Muldaur, Ramblin’ Jack Eliot, Cindy Cashdollar, David Grisman, Bill Keith, Terry Zwigoff, Robert Crumb, the Cheap Suit Serenaders, and Craig Ventresco, and at venues around the United States and internationally, including The Great American Music Hall, the Freight and Salvage, and Jazz at Pearl’s, the San Francisco Festival of the Mandolins, as well as at the West Coast Ragtime Festival and the Blind Boone Ragtime and Early Jazz Festival.
Moore DeVine is made up of Andrew Moore and Spencer Devine who are both hilarious comics in their own right, who've joined forces to create the hilarious musical comedy duo known as Moore DeVine. With their improvisational acumen and ironic stylings, they've had audiences singing and laughing along all throughout the Bay Area.
The dancers for the night will be Bramani Quinn and making her San Francisco debut the incredible Miss Texas! Their unique styles are sure to tantalize all of the senses and leave you wanting more. Plus some special guest!!
Jordan Cerminara, Juan Medina and Rajeev Dhar will be rounding out our evening, bringing local Bay Area comedy to the stage. These funny people can be seen all around town and are a force to be reckoned with… Look out Supperclub!
There will also be a dance party after the show with a special guest DJ!!
