David Gborie comes to party. He’s been telling jokes all over the country for a couple of years now and he is, in his words, “Pretty legit at it”. He currently lives in San Francisco where he is a member of Sylvan Productions and can be seen around town lurking at one of their many shows or at Crissy fields with his trusty crab pot. As a performer he’s appeared at The Bridgetown Comedy Festival, SF Indie Fest, and Denver’s Too Much Funstival, as well as the SF Punchline, The Denver Comedy Works, and other impressive venues. He despises the word swag.
Medicine Bug is one of the most unique acts to come out of San Francisco in a long time. Once upon a time there were 3 gentlemen who enjoyed improvising music. These 3 decided to start finding other like minded musicians, visual artists, comedians and any one with a unique voice that enjoy creating on the spot. With costumes on, the stage decked out in props, and playing music that we don't even know what to call, this group is sure to entertain and excite...so enjoy.
The dancer for the night will be the very seductive May Yang. Magnoliah Black will be singing and dancing with the help of Medicine Bug. Their unique styles are sure to tantalize all of the senses and leave you wanting more.
Local comedians Tony Sparks (The Godfather of San Francisco Comedy), Laurelle Martin, Johan Miranda, Griffin Daley, Jessica Sele, Matt Lieb and Clay Newman will be rounding out our evening, bringing local Bay Area comedy to the stage. These funny people can be seen all around town and are a force to be reckoned with… Look out Supperclub!
Show is for ages 18+
