Come Out & Play Festival: Night Games Party (Free Event)

Come be transformed by play!!

Join the creatures of the night for an evening of story, spectacle and games. Amazing new experiences will be set all over Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture to help you examine your environment, your community, and yourself in a new way. Come play to win at Gallery 308, play to move through Off the Grid and the lower and upper campuses of the park, and play make believe in the Chapel. There are also some very special Pokemon in the area! >.<

Among other games and immersive experiences, you can expect the Adventure Society by State of Play NYC, Separation Anxiety by Puzzlephant, Bad News by Ben Samuel and James Ryan, Gift Shop of the Museum of Oomlau Antiquities by Edmund Zagorin and friends, Climber Beta by Albert Kong, a new live-action RPG by Josh Marx, a surreal meta-experience by Albert Alexander and Andrea Passwater, and many more! Complete list of games and detailed schedule TBA.

All games are FREE to play – stop by the Chapel or Gallery 308 anytime to jump into the action. Games will be played in Gallery, the Chapel, and throughout the park. Comfortable shoes recommended.

This free community festival event is presented by Come Out & Play SF. The annual festival, now in its 7th year in the Bay Area, is a celebration of people, places, and transformative play. Programming includes live action games, immersive theater, surreal experiences, street games, and a 2-week long free community festival. Come to any event ready to to play, and we promise you'll leave with a fresh outlook on yourself, your relationships, and our city!

Come Out & Play SF 2016 was developed with the support of Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture. Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture is served by the following MUNI lines: 28, 30, 30X, 43, 47, and 49. The Chapel is located on the upper campus (enter off Bay at Franklin). Gallery 308 is in the lower campus in Landmark Building A (enter off Marina at Buchanan).
